Spanakopita Cooking Class:

On February 5, 2026, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church hosted the first of many cooking classes! The class was organized by our Parish Council President, Joanne Donnelley, and led by instructors Cosmas & Dimitra Yiannos, and Litsa Hiadousis. Parishioners and friends learned how to make the traditional Greek dish, Spanakopita! Great fun and fellowship were had by all, and we look forward to many more cooking classes in the future!
